Asana started at Facebook as a task-management tool that was used to cut down on meetings and help manage work.

I used Asana to run and keep track of complex clinical trials for Top-5 pharmaceutical companies. In my opinion, it’s one of the best out-of-the-box project management solutions to stay organized, manage tasks, and plan work. If you want to use Asana or are already using it for your work, but not sure if you are maximizing the use of the tool, let’s chat! I know I can help your team use Asana to its fullest.

SmartSheet is a project management tool that helps managers see real-time data through dashboards and Gantt-charts. I recommend the use of SmartSheets for organizations who need a robust tool for dependancies and organizations that use the waterfall-method.

If you are interested in learning more about SmartSheet or if you are interested in maximizing the use of the tool, let’s chat and I’ll be happy to support your team.

What types of clients does Santos Strategies work with?

Santos Strategies serves any clients who need help with Asana, from individuals and small businesses to larger for-profit and non-profit organizations.

What needs do you address?

Before training begins, we help you diagnose your fundamental challenges and develop strategies through Asana to relieve key pain points in the way of productivity and effectiveness. Examples of our work include establishing new ways to track projects, increasing collaboration and transparency, deepening accountability, streamlining tool-use, and helping with general implementation.

What kind of services do you offer?

Our services cater to your specific budget and needs. For example, we provided a three-hour, in-person individualized training for one company, while we facilitated a one-hour, virtual training through Zoom for another organization. Each went through a similar process: a review of current Asana systems and processes to establish key challenges, a recommendation of one-on-one training support or team-training (both in-person or virtual options are available), a follow-up meeting to assess post-training needs, and an offer of on-going support, which may include additional help for basic usage or specialized needs that require advanced Asana functions.

What is the process like?

After our consultation, we’ll develop a custom plan for your needs. The plan may consist of a review of current Asana systems and processes to establish key challenges, a recommendation of one-on-one training support or team-training (both in-person or virtual options are available), a follow-up meeting to assess needs post-training, and an offer of ongoing support, which may include creating templates and forms for your projects, being your Asana point-person to answer your team’s Asana questions on a regular basis, integrating outside tools and platforms, facilitating team meetings to establish company-wide conventions and norms within Asana, among other needs. During the process, we may email you to request information about your organization that will better inform our training and to communicate any necessary logistical details.

Do you offer ongoing support?

After you’ve been through an Asana training with Santos Strategies, you’ll have the option to add on any ongoing support services you may need. Ongoing support services may include creating templates and forms for your projects, being your Asana point-person to answer your team’s Asana questions on a regular basis, integrating outside tools and platforms, facilitating team meetings to establish company-wide conventions and norms within Asana, among other needs.
